Indications

Generalized, partial or other epilepsy, mania associated with bipolar disorders

Dosage & administration

- Epilepsy: 1,000-2,000 mg daily, may be further increased to 2,500 mg daily - Bipolar disorder: Initial dose: 20 mg/kg daily - Maintenance dose: 1,000-2,000 mg daily - Max. dose: 3,000 mg daily
